In the early days, as I called my clients to schedule the next day’s cleaning, I instinctively said, “It’s cleaning time!” That simple phrase captured my commitment to service and eventually became the very name of our company: It’s Cleaning Time!, LLC.

Not long after, I discovered that my own health was becoming a catalyst for change. My immune system could not tolerate the harsh chemicals found in many traditional cleaning products. Determined to protect myself, my team, and the families we served, I embraced green cleaning and eco-responsible practices.

What began as a personal necessity became a core company value. Providing safer, healthier cleaning solutions was never just a business decision, it was our way of caring for people and the homes they trusted us with.

The growth of the business quickly became a family affair. By our third year, my husband Mario joined the company, and together we learned how to balance responsibilities, build systems, and create a strong, dedicated team.

In 2010, I had the opportunity to work as a Housekeeping Manager for a local hotel. That experience, combined with our growing cleaning company, opened new doors and helped us expand our vision for what the business could become.

Along the way, I also invested in personal growth coaching. That decision transformed not only the way I approached business, but also the way our entire family viewed opportunity, leadership, and success.

Empowering Women Through Work

I have always believed that when women have stability and value in their work, it transforms not only their own lives but the lives of their entire families.

That belief became the foundation of our company.

From the beginning, I wanted to create opportunities for women, especially first-generation immigrant women who understood the challenges of starting over and building a better future for their families.

Today, It’s Cleaning Time! is more than a cleaning company. It is a symbol of resilience, hope, and community.

We have proudly served thousands of homes with our dedicated teams of professionals who treat every home with care and respect. We remain committed to safer cleaning practices, using non-toxic products whenever possible, preventing cross-contamination through proven systems, and helping families enjoy healthier living environments.

I’m grateful not only for the business we have built, but for the family that has grown around it. Born in Cleveland and raised in Mexico City, I met my husband Mario while he was finishing college in Mexico. Together we built a life, raised a family, and eventually welcomed many family members into the business that started with a simple dream.

Every day, I am inspired by the women who have found strength and purpose through our company, and by the countless families who experience the peace of coming home to a clean, healthy space.

My journey from uncertainty to success is a testament to the power of resilience, the importance of community support, and the belief that caring for others begins with caring for ourselves.
