What You’ll Earn

• $20–$24 per cleaning hour + 100% of your tips
• Bonuses for client reviews and referrals
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years
• Paid training at $16/hr & $20/hr — no experience required
• Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

You’ll clean our clients’ homes by wiping down surfaces, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bringing your positive energy to every visit.

What You’ll Need

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• A smartphone
• Verifiable work history (ideally 1+ year)
• Clear background check & drug test
• A great attitude and strong work ethic
