We offer free estimates via phone, email or on-site home visit for your house cleaning in Austin, Texas. We take into consideration the size of the home, floor types, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, and desired cleaning frequency. Please consider that the first visit may require additional time/cost.
You can book our house cleaning services in Austin as a special project as needed or as a recurring service weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonally (quarterly). Consider that reducing time between each cleaning reduces the amount of time needed for cleaning and vice versa.
Once we have established the frequency that you will require your house cleaning in Austin, Texas, you will be on our schedule. We are as flexible as you are. If you need a particular day and time for each visit we can do our best to make that happen. We will call, email or text a day or so in advance to let you know what day and time we plan to be at your house.
Even though we provide an exact time for the appointment, please keep in mind that our team could arrive 20 minutes before or after the exact time. The traffic and occasional last minute additional tasks requested by a previous appointment can cause delays. We do our best to notify you in advance of any known delays.
We require each client regardless of preferred payment method to place a credit card on file to book an appointment. We accept payment by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or cash.
We don’t have signed contracts, but work on an ongoing basis. We appreciate that our clients let us know in advance when they need to change their next house cleaning service in Austin or when they won’t use our services anymore. This helps us to organize our schedule. Last minute cancellations affect us, so we ask our clients to remember to cancel at least 5 days in advance.
Last Minute Cancellation Fee
Cancelling an appointment same day and/or the day before after business hours (5 PM, Friday is the day before a Monday appointment) is a $25 fee.
